Established to manage Mattel's operations in Japan, this subsidiary oversees the importation, sales, trademark management, and licensing of Mattel's products within the country. Their product lineup includes globally recognized brands such as Barbie®, Hot Wheels®, Fisher-Price®, UNO®, Thomas & Friends®, and MEGA®.

Project Overview

Mattel Japan aims to redesign and manage its official website to deliver a more unified and engaging digital experience. The project covers the development of a new top page featuring brand updates, product highlights, press releases, and links to brand pages, social channels, and retail partners. The site will reflect Mattel’s global standards while being tailored to the Japanese market. Key features include regular content updates, campaign integration, improved navigation, SEO support, and mobile responsiveness. The website will serve as the central hub for all Mattel Japan brand content.

Challenge
